All our Dog boxes are manufactured from 6mm polypropylene a strong thermo setting plastic.

Boxes can be made from natural (white) that allows light to illuminate through the material, or embossed black, both are easily cleaned and can be hosed down and disinfected.

Edges of our cases are folded and welded for a strong secure box protecting your animals and your vehicles.

Our doors whether single or double are made from 9mm black polypropylene with 50mm square weld mesh, as with our vents the wires are secured within the polypropylene giving a safe snag free product.

All door hinges are made from full length stainless steel piano hinge secured with colour coded rivets.

Doors are secured with 8mm lockable antiluce fittings.

Each box is supplied with a 3mm ribbed rubber mat; this has anti-slip features and can be easily cleaned.
